What's the best way to contact someone

We have several contact options available to all clients and users. Below is the order of priority depending on your issue.

  • Ticket submission
  • Email
  • Phone

Either of these contact options will get a response within 24 hours; but a ticket submission gets first priority and a response within 1 hour.

Email responses are addressed within 3 hours, and a return phone call could be up to 24 hours, depending on the time of day. Please leave a detailed message for all phone calls.

What are your contact options?

Our ticket system is at your finger tips right now. Simply open a new ticket from the front page, or create yourself an account. Users that create themselves an account get a higher priority.

What payment gateways do you use?

We use Paypal and Stripe to process all payments. Either gateway processes debit and credit cards securly and safely.

We do not take bitcoin or any other form of crypto currency.

Do you take foreign currency?

Yes. The payment gateways currently only accepts U.S., Canadian, and Euro currency.

Is your help desk open to the public?

Yes. We have free, general question access and paid premium access. Anyone can use our help desk or knowledge base but premium users are account holders and have specific needs.
